Coyote’s Pitfalls: the dangers of mentoring men.
The Native American Trickster Coyote is a metaphor of great power and help. His androgynous nature explains how we act out both sexual orientations in relationships. Experiences in infancy and early childhood create expectations and pattern our future behavior. Preverbal and unconscious, they surprise us as compulsive feelings, desires, and behavior.
